TO ALL BEAUTIFUL MOTHER'S OUT THERE:
Well today is my second mothers day and what a day it's been well i got coco pops for breakfast mmm i thought i would get bacon and eggs i got no pressie because i got scrapping thnig during the week and not even a card, but i did get a book mark that jhorjie made at preschool which is rather cute. To top off the day we went to gregs family lunch where everyone just stood around as usually and tonight i have my family over for tea which sounds like fun i hope.
On a brighter note im involved in making an 8x8 layout for little "SOPHIE" and i found a poem or 2 and made it into one so here goes:
On The Wings Of Hope
As an ancient legend goes;
If anyone desires a wish to come true,they must capture a butterfly and whisper that wish to it.
Since butterflies make no sound,They can’t tell that wish to anyone but the Great Spirit.
So by making the wish and releasing the butterfly,It will be taken to the heavens and be granted.
Although this legend implies that we should keep our wishes silent,there are some wishes that need to be expressed out loud.
To Little Sophie that has been touched by an tragedy we are helping to fight today,
We wish “Sophie” a long and happy life,We wish “Sophie” currently fighting a long battle, energy and hope,
To all the care givers, we’ll thank them for showing “Sophie” how to fight with courage and determination and for showing “Sophie” what true bravery is all about.
and for showing little Sophie the joy and happiness that she brings to the world.
We wish the caregivers strength and tranquility,and thank them for their gifted labor of love.
And finally, we wish “Sophie” peace and love,With this symbolic gesture, we honor those that have helped and encourage little Sophie to a speedy recovery and we all hope she continue to fight.
“On the Wings of Hope”.
I thought this was just beautiful so i thought i would do a pink page with little butterflies all over it with this little poem in the middle and put words like hope, courage and inspire etc on it.
